By accessing or using The Crown Directory ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Platform Nature & Purpose

The Crown Directory is an online directory and marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty professionals. We are not a beauty service provider. We do not employ, supervise, or control the professionals listed on our platform. Each professional operates independently and is solely responsible for their services, pricing, scheduling, and client interactions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a professional account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Professional Listings

Professionals listed on The Crown Directory represent themselves as independent service providers. By creating a professional profile, you confirm that:

• You are legally authorized to provide the services you list
• All information in your profile is accurate and current
• You comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and licensing requirements
• You maintain any required professional licenses, certifications, or insurance
• You are an independent contractor and not an employee of The Crown Directory

5. Bookings & Transactions

Booking requests made through The Crown Directory are communications between clients and professionals. The Crown Directory is not a party to any transaction between clients and professionals. Payment, cancellation policies, and service agreements are between the client and professional. We do not guarantee availability, pricing accuracy, or service quality.

6. Reviews & Content

Users may leave reviews reflecting their genuine experiences. Reviews must be truthful, non-defamatory, and not contain hate speech, threats, or personally identifiable information beyond names. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content.

7. Subscription Plans & Payments

Professional subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Promotional or beta codes provide temporary access and may expire. Refund policies for subscriptions are governed by our payment processor's terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Crown Directory provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed professionals
• The accuracy of professional profiles, credentials, or licensing information
• Any disputes between clients and professionals
• Any injuries, damages, or losses arising from services booked through the Platform
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between clients and professionals should be resolved directly between the parties. The Crown Directory may assist with mediation at our discretion but is not obligated to do so. For disputes with The Crown Directory directly, we encourage resolution through our contact channels before pursuing legal action.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms other users. Users may delete their accounts at any time through their dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
